It was never about the commission, it was all about me.
 
I worked with two realtors prior to Mrs. McKinney who seemed to be very commission-oriented and not very client-oriented.
 
When I found my property, I knew it was the place where I wanted to raise my family and leave to my children and their children. I knew it was the place I wanted my children, when they become adults, to call my 'house a Home'.
 
Mrs. McKinney was essential in making that vision a reality. She was a vehement advocate for my FAMILY'S interests. She continuously stressed that the goal in any real estate transaction was to make it a Win-Win situation for Buyer AND Seller.
 
While several professionals involved in my transaction were providing less than stellar service, Mrs. McKinney remained sharp, professional, and ethical. This impressed me greatly.
 
When Mrs. McKinney uses the motto "I'll take care of you," she means that in an extremely literal sense.
 
As I stated earlier, it was never about the commission, it was all about 'Me'.

My Husband and I decided to  buy a house, so he got on line and was looking.
The next day Mrs. Mckinney contacted us an said she was a realtor and would
love to help us. She was so very kind, and ask us what we were looking for.

On the first day she showed us homes that we selected.  Then she called us within a day or two and had a house for us to look at.  We met with her and it was the perfect house.  She was so kind and understanding about our price and what we wanted.  And it only took two days.

Mrs. Mckinney was as happy for us as we were. She walked us through the hole financing  and  closing.  She was so helpful and so caring.  She still is a very big help if we need anything answered.

Mrs Mckinney is a very godly woman.  WE just had a blast with her.  She and  her family is like part of our family now.  We love her to death and would recommend her to anyone with house needs.

We met Cherell of all places, at a real estate auction.  She came over with that cheerful smile of hers and introduced herself and her family.  The following Sunday, she and her family visited the church that we had recently started attending.

Cherell is the best I know when it comes to looking for a realtor.
She worked hard and long until she found a house for my son and his little family.
She was God sent. We had tried looking at houses by ourselves and it was stressful.
She came into our lives on time.  I am sure she lost sleep looking for that right house.
